MANUFACTURING

  1.       All our products are manufactured as per in house specifications or as per buyer’s requirements.

  2.      Products to be tested before dispatches are made.

  3.      SGS INSPECTION ON BUYERS REQUEST AT AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE FOR EXPOPRT SHIPMENTS.

  4.      We follow MERCK / SIGMA’S/THERMO -FISHER  Specifications for comparison of our products. 

  5.    To produce proprietary and exclusive products, the Company has manufacturing capabilities in key areas of chemistry and biochemistry. 

  6.    We export  5,000 chemicals  and this capability gives the Company several competitive advantages

·          Documentation exists for providing appropriate instructions for producing and testing final product.

 Quality Records

·         Appropriate quality records for a product’s  are maintained and available, quality records can include, customer inquiries including orders and complaints,  manufacturing and testing data, packaging, final quality analysis, batch disposition, training and equipment. A product and batch numbering system is employed to allow for traceability throughout the entire process.

Nonconformance

·         When a batch is determined to be nonconforming to product specifications, the batch is  physically labeled and/or segregated

 Specification Control

  1. Incoming Materials

  2. For most materials from our suppliers, Certificates of Analysis  are received and reviewed. In addition,

  3. incoming materials may also pass through a physical quality inspection and review process. To

  4. quarantine rejected raw material.

PACKING

  1.   Packing as per buyers requirements and  in export worthy HDPE DRUMS/BAGS

  2.   IF DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations ) CATEGORY  THEN  PROPER LABELLING  IN UN APPROVED DRUMS ONLY

  3.   SEALED  DRUMS /BAGS 

  4.   Material safety data to always be sent with cargo

  5.  Cargo to be Palleted,  if required  and as per prevailing international  laws (NORMALLY STANDARD ISPM PALLETS ARE USED  )

  6.   Drums to be shrieked wrapped

  7.   Product and Batch number 

  8.   Product Name 

  9.   Physical chemical properties

 LABELING /SHIPPING

  1.  Al l labels must have  PRODUCT NAME / PRODCUT CODE / CAS NOS. /GROSS ,TARE ,NET WT 

  2. BATCH NUMBER  MUST ON ALL COA’S/LABELS

  3.  Formula  & Formula weight  (M.W.)

  4.    GRADE S TO BE MENTIONED

  5.    MARKS AND NUMBERS  MUST ON LABELS

  6.     SEA /AIR PORT NAME .

  7.      COA/ MSDS to be attached with shipping documents.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS/ORDERS  

1)      All records to be kept for minimum 5 years (Computerized)

2)      All reply to customer’s  query to be made ASAP.

3)      To comply with orders procedure as per buyers requirements   

4)      Sign contracts

5)      If possible order copy to be received / email copy of orders accepted

 MAINTAINANCE

1)      To ensure  clean and healthy environment 

2)      No Smoking

3)      Structural Maintenance to be reviewed  yearly

4)      Vessel to be maintained properly  ( cleaned /washed /rinsed  by DM water)

5)      Ensure Proper effluent systems
